Copy Trading Risk Disclosure
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This disclosure applies specifically to Polifly's copy trading feature, which submits orders to Polymarket using a trading key you connect to your Polifly account. It is separate from, and in addition to, the Polifly Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. You must read and accept this disclosure before enabling copy trading.
1. Polifly is not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary
Polifly is a software tool. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, fund, custodian, exchange, or fiduciary. We do not owe you any duty of care, loyalty, best execution, or suitability. Nothing in the product is personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. All decisions are yours.
2. You choose everything
You choose which trader to follow, the settings, the budget, the per-trade amount, the caps, and when to start or stop. Polifly only executes based on the parameters you set. We do not select traders for you and we do not validate that any trader is skilled, honest, solvent, or will remain active.
3. Orders may execute late, partially, badly, or not at all
Order execution depends on Polymarket, its order book, on-chain settlement, network conditions, RPC providers, third-party APIs, and our infrastructure. Trades may be delayed, filled at a worse price than the source trader, partially filled, filled multiple times, filled after the market has moved, or not filled at all. Market data you see may be stale. We do not guarantee execution speed, price, fill quality, uptime, or that any copy trade will match the source trader's outcome.
4. You can lose the full connected amount
Prediction market positions can lose their entire value. You can lose up to the full amount available to the connected wallet, plus any additional funds you add. Past performance of any trader, market, or the platform is not indicative of future results. Do not connect funds you cannot afford to lose in full.
5. You can revoke access at any time
You can pause or disable copy trading in the app at any time, remove connected wallets, and rotate or revoke your Polymarket trading key directly from Polymarket. Revoking the key immediately prevents Polifly from placing new orders on your behalf. Trades already submitted or already on-chain cannot be reversed by us.
6. You are responsible for every trade
Every order placed while copy trading is enabled is your order, made in your name, from your wallet, using your key. You are solely responsible for the outcomes, the taxes, the compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and any restrictions Polymarket or your local regulator applies to you. Except where required by law, Polifly has no liability for any trade, loss, missed trade, incorrect trade, or any consequence of using copy trading.
7. Acceptance
By checking the acknowledgment box when enabling copy trading, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclosure, and that you meet the eligibility and jurisdictional requirements for using Polymarket and Polifly.
